Threshold and Housing Rights: Request for Tender – All Island Survey of Private Renters
Threshold, a housing charity in the South of Ireland, and Housing Rights, a housing charity in the North of Ireland, are conducting joint research to identify the key issues facing renters across the island. They are seeking a researcher to undertake a survey of private renters across Ireland, North and South.
Threshold and Housing Rights invite interested parties to submit their tenders by 12 noon on the 21st of February.
Please consult the Invitation to Tender document, at the following webpage, for full details of the project and how to make your submission. Invitation to Tender: An all-island tenant experience survey
This research project aims to address current challenges experienced by private renters across the island and will help identify the areas where further research is necessary. To ensure the project accurately reflects and highlights the issues facing renters, private renters will be involved in each aspect of the project, with at least 1,000 renters expected to participate in the survey. This research project will pave the way for further opportunities for tenants and policy makers to come together to improve the rental experience in both jurisdictions.
This project is funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs via the Shared Island Civic Society Fund.
