The Transversal Challenges and Multilateral Projects Division of the Department for the Implementation of Human Rights, Justice and Legal Co-operation, DGI, of the Council of Europe is launching a call for tenders under the project “Technical Support for More Effective and Resilient National Preventive Mechanisms (NPM)” for the provision of international consultancy services.

Call for Tender in the field of research and data collection:

• Lot 1: Measuring the level of awareness of key stakeholders in Ireland of the mandate of a National Preventive Mechanism, understanding or opinions on specific aspects of monitoring conditions of people in detention, effectiveness of currently functioning mechanisms and systems and other topics related to rights of people deprived of their liberty.
• Lot 2: Measuring the level of awareness of key stakeholders in Cyprus of the mandate of their National Preventive Mechanism, understanding or opinions on specific aspects of monitoring conditions of people in detention, effectiveness of currently functioning mechanisms and systems and other topics related to rights of people deprived of their liberty.
