TENDER: DESIGNING A MODULE DESCRIPTOR (LEVEL 04) ON MIGRATION FOR FURTHER EDUCATION & TRAINING COURSES IN IRELAND

Saolta is seeking a qualified and experienced professional or organization to design a Global Citizenship Education module descriptor on Migration for FET courses at Level 4. This module is to be designed to be an elective module, at an introductory level and used for diverse FET courses within the “learning field” of Social Sciences, Journalism and Information, where applicable.

Scope of Work

The consultant will undertake the following tasks:

• Develop a detailed module descriptor for the GCE Migration module, including learning outcomes, key themes, pedagogical approaches, etc.
• Ensure the module is inclusive, engaging, and suitable for diverse learner needs, and educational level.

Submission Details:

Interested applicants should submit their proposals by 23:59pm, Friday, August 9th, 2024.

• An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
• A Cover Letter stating motivation and relevant experience.
• A brief proposal outlining the approach to the consultancy, including a work plan and timeline.
• Two references (including telephone numbers and emails).
• Examples of previous work related to module development and/ or Migration and/ or GCE (if available).
