To provide a community based Social Work service to people aged 65 and over who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. The position offered is based in Hill Road, Killaloe, Co Clare and is an on-site role. This is a full-time permanent on-site position for 5 days per week.

You will play a key role within the leadership structure of the organisation and in ensuring person centred approaches are inherent in the thinking & practice of staff and in the provision of our models of support. An exciting opportunity for people to expand their skills & influence.

Social Care Worker will work in collaboration with the support team, leadership team, clinical team, and all other stakeholders to ensure people have a safe and effective service. You will support the team leader / coordinator to achieve and maintain HIQA regulatory compliance.
