The ideal Candidate will:
- Appreciate the relationship between nature and the benefits to our own well being

- Recognise and embrace holistic approaches to wellness.
- Enjoy walks, hiking and adventures in all seasons
- Have a knowledge and understanding of ASC and sensory processing
- Be a competent driver with a full clean driving licence
- Be willing to adopt the studio 3 approaches to supporting people
- View the importance of relationship building as the basis for successful support
- Be enthusiastic about researching and keeping abreast of community events and workshops of interest to service users.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about personalised support and promoting genuine inclusion.
- Builds strong, respectful relationships and works collaboratively with service users, families and communities.
- Is flexible, creative, and responsive in supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
- Has an interest in wellbeing and lifelong learning.
- Holds relevant qualifications (e.g. QQI Level 5, Social Care degree, or equivalent).
