Person in Charge (x4)

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism. CCoI operates Residential and Day Services across 16 locations, in which residents and day-attendees are supported to live an ordinary life, a life like any other.

We are currently recruiting for Persons in Charge (x4 posts) to lead our Residential Services across the following locations:

• Callan, Co. Kilkenny - (Fixed Term)
• Carrick, Co. Tipperary - (Permanent)
• Dingle, Co. Kerry - (Permanent)
• Dunshane, Naas, Co. Kildare - (Permanent)

Job Title: Person in Charge (x4 posts)

Locations: Callan / Carrick / Dingle / Dunshane

Hours: Fulltime - 40 hours per week

Salary: €53,070 - €56,299 per annum
(plus on call allowance of €3,904 per annum)

What you will need:

• A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
• Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.
• At least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility including demonstrative experience strategic planning.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
