Bray Area Partnership is recruiting for the position of Social Prescribing Link Worker.

The role of the Social Prescribing Link Worker is to connect people to community groups, organisations and statutory services for practical and emotional support with the overall purpose of improving health, wellbeing and social services.

The Social Prescribing Link Worker position is resourced by the HSE, Healthcare East Health and Wellbeing Department with funding being provided to Bray Area Partnership for this purpose.

The position is 17.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract up to December 2024 with extension subject to continuation of funding and contract conditions.
