Daughters of Charity Community Services: Early Years Educators & Early Years Relief Staff
The Daughters of Charity Community Services (DoCCS), located at 9 Henrietta Street, Dublin 1, provides a range of educational, training and social care services for adults, youth and children in the North Inner City.
We are recruiting:
Early Years Educators Part Time Grad Lead Role Specific Purpose Maternity Cover (25 hours) x 2
Early Years Educator Part Time (25 hours) x 1
Early Years Relief Staff
Required Skills and Competencies:
Essential
Minimum QQI Level 5 or relevant equivalent is required
A passion for working with young children and their families
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple work tasks and a busy environment
Advantage
Experience working in an Early Years setting:
Experience of working in a community-based Early Years’ Service would be a distinct advantage
Experience and training in Síolta & Aistear
Contract: This a temporary contract, with the possibility of other job opportunities within the organisation.
The service will be closed for Christmas break; Easter break and 1 month in August
Hours: Part-Time: 9am – 2pm (Mon – Fri) with last hour non-contact time daily for preparation & 9am to 2pm (Fri) with 2 hours non-contact time for planning the week ahead.
