Social Care Worker

Cpl Healthcare is thrilled to partner with a newly established Children's Residential Service in Tullow, Co. Carlow. We are seeking passionate Social Care Workers to join our client's dedicated team on a permanent basis, providing care and support to vulnerable young people.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with young people in a residential setting, offering the highest standard of care while benefiting from a stable and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day care and support to young people.
• Guide and prepare residents for life as they grow within the service.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to create a nurturing and safe environment.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a residential setting (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, evenings, waking nights, and sleepovers.
• Full clean driving license (manual and automatic licenses considered).
