THE ORGANISATION

Rowan (Child and Parent Services) was established in established in 2019 and to date, on behalf of Tusla, HSE and the Court Service, has provided specialised and responsive community-based services to all types of families and the children they care for.

Rowan CPS is now providing community-based children’s residential services for younger children as part of the range of services currently provided, and in response to a need for highly informed and outcome focused services for children and families.

Due to ongoing expansion, we are opening a new centre for Separated Children Seeking International Protection residential centre in the Kildare Area which will provide accommodation services for children. We are now recruiting for the following positions.

Person in Charge (PIC):

The successful candidate will process a level 8 qualification (Or equivalent) in social care and have three-year management experience in a residential childcare setting.
Salary Scale: Starting at €56,000.00 to €€60,000.00

Social Care Leader: 

The successful candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
Salary Scale: Starting at €40,000.00 rising to €42,000.00 after six months

Social Care Worker: 

he successful candidate will have a level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
Salary Scale: Starting at €36,000.00 rising to €38,0000 after six months

Support Worker: 

The successful candidate will have a minimum level 5 qualification in social care or equivalent.
(Salary: Starting at €31,000.00 rising to €33,500 after six months
