McCare: Social Care Workers, Support Workers & Social Care Team Leaders
McCare is currently seeking 40 new team members for 2 new services opening in Dublin City Centre.
1 x Residential Aftercare Service for 18-23 year olds
1 x Residential Centre for Unaccompanied Minors Seeking International Protection.
McCare offer an exciting opportunity to join a new organisation in providing high quality care to young people. We welcome applications for the following roles:
Social Care Team Leaders
€22 per hour.
Must possess a Level 7/Level 8 degree, along with 3 years’ experience working at a social care grade with young people.
Sleeping hours are paid at full hourly rate and form part of the rostered hours.
Social Care Workers
€17-€19 per hour.
Must possess a Level 7/Level 8 degree.
Sleeping hours are paid at full hourly rate and form part of the rostered hours.
Support Workers
€16 per hour.
Must possess a FETAC Level 5/Level 6 qualification.
Sleeping hours are paid at full hourly rate and form part of the rostered hours.
*Part-time and night shift roles are available for some positions.
Qualifications in the following subjects (and related disciplines) will be accepted:
- Social Care
- Psychology
- Nursing
- Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
- Youth and Community Studies
- Early Childhood Education.
