Preschool Leader

Full - Time

Breffni Community Childcare Service is looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and successful team on a full-time basis. We provide a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Minimum QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of relevant childcare legislation and regulations.
• Experience: Ideally, at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Skills: Enthusiastic, reliable, with excellent communication skills, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Support: Implementing a play-based curriculum aligned with the principles of Aistear and Siolta.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Aistear, Siolta, and Preschool Regulations.
• High-Quality Education: Deliver exceptional early childhood education with flexibility and initiative.
