The Youth Worker will primarily support the young people in our Step Up and Job Club Programmes, alongside the existing multidisciplinary team. The role will require a commitment to equality, inclusion and intercultural good practice, collaboration and flexibility ability to work in a busy environment, putting the young people’s needs at the centre of the work.
