NYCI’s STEAM Engagement Programme team is recruiting a Project Officer: AI, Data and Emerging Technologies. This new role requires youth engagement and participation experience, understanding of AI and emerging technologies as well as good communication skills.
The National Youth Council of Ireland is a national organisation that represents and supports over 55 community, voluntary and not for profit youth organisations in Ireland, working with the youth sector and partners on issues that impact on young people.
As our Project Officer, you will work as part of our STEAM Engagement Programme, working specifically on the Empowering Young People through AI, Data and Emerging Technologies Project which NYCI leads in partnership with Insight, DCU and the Ombudsman for Children’s Office (OCO) which aims to transform the capacity of the of the youth work sector and young people’s knowledge and skills surrounding artificial intelligence (AI), data capture and other emerging technologies.
