Community Connector Young Carers Youth Worker

Essential:

• Professional Qualification in Community & Youth Work, Child, Family & Community, Social Care or other relevant area
• Experience with working with vulnerable young people
• Experience facilitating groups of young people
• Experience working as part of a team
• An understanding of the issues effecting young people who are caring at home
• Be computer and IT literate

Main Details:

• 35 Hours Per Week, will include evening and weekend work
• Own Transport and full, clean driving license essential
• Garda Vetting will apply
