Clúid Housing is inviting tenders from suitably qualified consultants to assist with the preparation of Clúid’s Growth Strategy.

Clúid Housing was established 30 years ago and has now reached a portfolio of owning, managing, and maintaining over 12,000 homes with 31,500 residents. Most of the growth occurred over the last five years.

Clúid is committed to developing a new Growth Strategy for 2026-2030 which will be achieved through effective consultation and market research.

The scope of services include research and stakeholder engagement, identifying opportunities and challenges to sustainable growth, identifying suitable Key Performance Indicators and producing a final report (draft strategy) based on your findings.

The deadline for tender responses is 14th February 2025 at 12noon, and it is anticipated that the preferred tenderer will be awarded a contract at the end February, subject to account set up and contract conclusion. Tenders are to be returned by email only to tenders@cluid.ie.

The deadline for queries relating to this competition is 5pm on Thursday 30th January 2025. All queries must be submitted via the dedicated email (tenders@clúid.ie) and where appropriate responses to queries received will be broadcasted to all applicants who have expressed an interest in the competition. It is not permitted to contact individual Clúid personnel about this competition.
