Preparing For Life Programme - Home Visiting Coordinator
Roscommon LEADER Partnership (RLP) is an organisation that brings together key development projects including rural enterprise, development and social inclusion that work for the betterment of the people of Co. Roscommon.
Preparing for Life is a Prevention and Early Intervention project based in Roscommon. We support parents to use evidence-based approaches to help children achieve their full potential. We work from pregnancy through childhood with families, health services, early education settings and schools.
Preparing for Life, Roscommon is a partnership between RLP and Tusla Family Services. The PFL Home Visiting Coordinator is an important role and is central to developing the practice approach of the team.
Working as part of a wider suite of Roscommon LEADER Partnerships services and supports, the coordinator will ensure the delivery of a clearly outlined, manualised programme with the expectation of delivering the outcomes outlined in the Job Description.
Conditions of Work
Location: Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: €38,083.00 – €51,980.00 (salary will be based on qualifications & experience)
Reports to: Lead SICAP Coordinator & North Roscommon Tusla Family Support Project Leader
