Position: Refuge Change Management Facilitator

Location: Sligo with some remote working

DVAS is seeking a highly qualified Change Management Facilitator to lead the development of new refuge accommodation and support services for victims of domestic abuse in Sligo. This role involves overseeing the transition of the organisation into new accommodation, ensuring a strategic, safe and supportive process.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in change management, ideally within the NGO, domestic violence sector, or a similar context.
• Relevant qualifications in change management, project management, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
