Early Years Practitioner - Full time position

Job Description – Family Tree Crèche, Limerick

• Excellent terms and conditions including PRSA Enrollment.
• Up to 39 hours per week.
• A minimum of QQI Level 6 or minimum QQI level 5 in early childhood.
• Proficient knowledge in child development theories and practices.
• To fill in and maintain the appropriate records, assisted by technology.
• Implement the curriculum and routine within the service.
• To attend all meetings and training as required e.g. staff meetings, team development.
• Full knowledge and awareness of relevant and current childcare legislation.
• Capacity to implement childcare practice in line with organisational policies and procedures.
• To promote good health, safety and hygiene standards within the crèche and to follow all policies and procedures when dealing with same.
• Respect all parents, children and families.

Desirable

• First Aid, Manual Handling, Children First Safeguard Training, Fire Safety
