Job Title: Parents Plus Facilitator (Part-Time Role)

Location: Athy Community Family Resource Centre, Athy, Co. Kildare, R14NN97.
Starting Salary: €19,767.

Overall Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate will become a Parents Plus Mentor for Athy.

This is a role with 17.5 hours per week dedicated to the Slaintecare Parents Plus Programme, as a parents plus programme Facilitator. The successful candidate will be expected to work either 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Tuesday, 09:00 – 12:30 on Wednesday, or 13:30 – 17:00 on Wednesday, 09:00 – 17:00 Thursday – Friday. Some evening and weekend work will be required occasionally.

Details of Post:

• This position is subject to sufficient funding and satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
• Garda Vetting is essential.
• The normal working hours are 9am to 5pm with lunch 1pm to 2pm; evening and weekend work will form part of the work for which time off in lieu is applied.
• Flexibility is essential.
• Annual Leave is 28 days per annum pro rata.
• Salary for this position is €19,767 per annum.
