HSE: safeTALK (Suicide Alertness for Everyone) - Kells
SafeTALK Training (Suicide Alertness for Everyone) - Kells 24th February 2025
SafeTALK is a half-day alertness training which prepares attendees, regardless of prior experience or training, to become a suicide-alert helper. Most people with thoughts of suicide don’t truly want to die, but are struggling with the pain in their lives.
SafeTALK 'suicide alertness for everyone' teaches the four basic steps to recognise when people have thoughts of suicide, prepares participants to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources.
Training is free and suitable for those age over 18.
