This introductory course from the Centre for Effective Services will help you develop your skills in planning and implementing successful services and projects.
By using tools and techniques drawn from Implementation Science your job will be made easier, you will be able to plan and measure your progress, achieve your outcomes quicker and meet the needs of your service users more effectively.
Training will be delivered online in 4 sessions x 3.5 hours
- Session 1 – Introduction to key components of Implementation
- Session 2 – Planning your implementation
- Session 3 – From pilot to practice
- Session 4 – Practitioner competencies
