Who will find this event helpful?
- Anyone who is bereaved, whether the loss was due to illness or a sudden passing. This includes those grieving a partner, parent, child, grandchild, friend, sibling, colleague, or relative—whether the loss was recent or occurred many years ago.
- Anyone supporting a bereaved family member or friend.
- Professionals and community members who may have a role in supporting those who are grieving.

What will happen at the event?
- 7:00pm Tea/coffee on arrival
- 7.30pm An information talk
- 8:00pm Q&A session with a panel of people with lived experience of bereavement.
Bereavement service stands
There will be representatives from a range of local bereavement support services at the event. Attendees can take away some information leaflets about the services and, if they wish, can talk with service representatives about the support they provide.
