Meitheal 5 Day Foundation Facilitation Skills Training Course

Aim

This 5 day course aims to provide an introduction to facilitation skills and practice, and to build participants confidence.

Learning Outcomes

• Understanding of the role of facilitator
• Knowledge of the tasks of facilitation
• Identification of own skills and areas for further development

Target Group

This training is for those who have experience of group participation and for those who are interested in or beginning to work with groups.

Dates: 

Mondays

• 9th June
• 16th June
• 23rd June
• 30th June
• 7th July

Each training day begins at 10.00am and finishes at 4pm, with an hour for lunch.

Fee:

€450

Application Process

• Complete the Meitheal application form
• Return with full fees
• Places will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment

Selection Process

• There are 12 places on each course.

Training will take place in Dublin City Centre

Outreach Training 

Meitheal also delivers this training to groups and organisations in their own communities, or centres.
