Dip at Dawn this Winter Solstice with hundreds of people at Salthill beach. As the sun rises over Galway Bay we gather on the sand for a lively warm-up and a quick dip in the sea. Warm up afterwards with tea, coffee, treats and lots of chats. Suitable for beginners and ages 8 to 88 (children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)! Open to individuals, community groups and corporate teams.
