Advocate on behalf of & support families to access additional supports when required including mental health & wellbeing support, addiction, sexual health & housing.

Identify ‘harder to reach’ young people in consultation with the Youth Diversion team and Referral committee and target them for engagement. Assess their needs, provide appropriate interventions and where relevant referring them on to appropriate service. Advocate on behalf of the young people where appropriate.
