Dublin City University Age-Friendly University (DCU AFU) – Global Lead for Ireland in Global Intergenerational Week 2025

DCU Age-Friendly University is delighted to announce that we will again lead Ireland’s participation in Global Intergenerational Week (GIW) 2025. As the Country Lead for the third consecutive year, we are proud to champion intergenerational engagement and celebrate the power of bringing people of all ages together.

What is Global Intergenerational Week?

Global Intergenerational Week is an annual celebration dedicated to strengthening intergenerational relationships. The campaign fosters meaningful connections, shared learning, and community collaboration, showcasing the incredible impact of intergenerational initiatives worldwide. DCU AFU is proud to support organizations across Ireland in celebrating these important values.
