Our Board of Directors provide strategic leadership, governance oversight, and financial stewardship to help us achieve our mission. Board members meet 8 times per year and may also participate in subcommittees based on their expertise.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our Board in a voluntary capacity. In particular, we welcome candidates with experience in the following areas:
- Communications & Public Relations – Advocacy, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and awareness campaigns.
- Human Resources & Mentoring – Organizational development, staff well-being, mentoring programs, and best practices in people management.
- Financial Oversight & Governance – Budgeting, financial management, auditing, and compliance in the non-profit or public sector.
- Community Engagement & Social Inclusion – Experience working with marginalized communities or knowledge of [relevant social issue].
Candidates should have an understanding of social inclusion, and a desire to contribute to positive change in our communities.
