The Leadership Academy and Boardmatch Ireland are delighted to announce that we are now taking expressions of interest for the 2025 Future Board Leaders (FBL) programme. Now in its third year we have supported placements of 36, (and counting), new and diverse voices on to Irish charity and not-for-profit boards and we are currently looking for our next class of candidates.

FBL identifies people from all walks of Irish life who have limited or no Charity Board Experience, we provide free Director training and then we match Charity Boards with candidates based on their interests. Charities who were interested in diversifying their board are also currently being recruited to match with a diverse candidate.
