Event Description: 

We invite you to the training tailor-made for Leaders of Volunteers looking to enhance your impact measurement practices. Whether you are seasoned in the field or new to volunteer management, this training will offer valuable insights into capturing the essence of volunteering efforts and equip volunteer managers with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to utilise the V-CALC methodology and the platform developed (https://volunteeringimpact.eu/) for effective volunteer impact measurement.

The training aims to enhance the skills of Leaders, share experiences, and collectively work towards a more impactful volunteering landscape in Europe. It lasts up to 2 hours, encompassing interactive sessions, practical exercises through group work and engaging discussions to dive into the V-CALC methodology and provide hands-on experience with the online platform. The training will be conducted in English by one of the partner organisations from Croatia (DKolektiv – organisation for social development).

Join us in navigating together through the volunteer impact measurement and contributing to promoting common European values through your volunteering efforts during our Zoom session. Trainer: Jelena Kamenko Mayer, Dkolektiv. Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
