Co-operative Housing Ireland: Board and Sub-Committees Members

Co-operative Housing Ireland is seeking to appoint new members to its Board and Sub-Committees.

The Board is particularly interested in hearing from people with a background in service delivery and/or community development with a view to joining its Board and/or Sub-Committees. Appointments are unpaid (except for expenses) and last two years.

Since 1973 Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) has supported the delivery of more than 8,500 homes Last year CHI provided 849 homes, and we now manage over 5,500 tenancies. CHI is unique as it is the national federation for the co-operative housing movement and an Approved Housing Body.

The Board also wish to hear from individuals who would be suitable to serve on the following Sub-Committees:

  • Housing Services (tenancy management) and Community Engagement
  • Audit, Assurance and Finance
  • Development & Growth
  • Asset Management and Property Services
