Finance and Audit Committee Members (two)

The organisation is looking for members to join our Finance and Audit Committee. We are looking for enthusiastic members with a financial background who are committed to supporting the organisation and passionate about the work that we do.

The role of the Finance and Audit Committee is to:

• Review and support the update of financial policies.
• Support the development of effective and efficient financial reporting and management mechanisms.
• Support the organisation’s transition to SORP reporting.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• Reviewing auditor selection and meeting with auditor to ensure an efficient audit process as well as ensuring that any audit recommendations are carried out.

The Finance and Audit Committee meets a maximum of six times a year and reports upwards to the Board.
