Volunteer Ireland and our European partners are conducting research on Community Resilience as part of the REAL Erasmus+ project. Your input is invaluable to us.
Your feedback will help us understand Community Resilience better and make meaningful improvements. It will allow us to support community leaders, volunteer managers, and decision-makers in six European countries by giving them the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to encourage sustainable growth, stronger connections, and active participation, making communities more resilient.

Our definition of Community Resilience is:
‘A community’s ability to cope with, adapt to, and recover from difficult situations, like natural disasters, economic challenges, or social issues. A community is a group of people who share a common location, interests or goals.
