When two or more individuals or groups come together to work in partnership, creating a group agreement at the start sets the foundations for a good partnership.

The PPI Ignite Network invites individuals and organisations interested in partnership working, especially in health and social care research, to an in-person workshop in Dublin.

The workshop will explore the value of agreements, who should be involved in creating agreements and how to create agreements and ensure that agreements are honoured.

The PPI Ignite Network (www.ppinetwork.ie) is a national network focused on training and education in public and patient involvement (PPI) in research. PPI means that research is carried out with the people most likely to be impacted by the research results, rather than to, for or about these people. This workshop will be delivered by two members of the public with experience of PPI in research and a Network staff member.
