3Ts is a registered charity (no 20054878 / CHY15710) founded in 2003 to raise awareness of the issue of suicide in Ireland and help prevent future deaths by suicide through dedicated research, education and support. 3Ts are approved safeTALK training providers (Suicide Alertness for Everyone).  Our website www.3ts.ie is a valuable resource of information on a range of mental health issues, issues related to suicide and self-harm, with videos, self-help guides, dedicated topic sections and comprehensive listings of Crisis Helplines and Specialist Support services.
