Mid West Simon Community has been established since October 2006. Covering the counties of Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary, our aim is to support people through their journey out of homelessness by providing appropriate accommodation and care services, tailored to their individual needs.

We seek to achieve this by:

• Key work, care planning and a continuum of care for all our service users
• Providing a range of appropriate accommodation tailored to peoples’ needs
• Assisting & supporting people on their journeys away Fromm homelessness and into transitional accommodation and then:
• Supporting people to settle in permanent homes
• Supporting people to maintain their tenancies

• Providing people with homes
• Supporting people to keep their homes
