Mission

To provide a structured residential rehabilitation programme and after care supports for men in chronic poly-drug and alcohol addiction in our local community and further afield.

Goal

To support and enable men in addiction to return to family, community, and employment.  New Hope welcomes men from all faiths and none from all backgrounds.

How we do this

New Hope provides a framework through which service users are assigned a key worker and offered a range of integrated supports tailored to meet their needs and create an individual rehabilitation pathway.  Detox begins prior to admission under the care of the GP and continues into the first couple of weeks on the programme.  One to one support is agreed, monitoring is carried out through weekly/monthly assessment, achievements and goal setting agreed with the client are a very important part of the programme.  Each resident will be supported to educational and employment outcomes to meet their individual needs and preferences.  Step down housing is available if require
