Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership
The BC Partnership was set up in 1996 as a response to long term unemployment and poverty. In 2014 , the BC Partnership became Programme Implementers of a new local development programme named the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP).
