Meitheal is a community development support and training organisation. Our mission is to create change through working for equality and social justice. The way we work is guided by the values of community development, equality and feminism.

Meitheal has worked in the community and voluntary sector over the last fifteen years. In that time we have worked with hundreds of community and voluntary organisations such as: Voluntary management committees; Local community groups, organisations and networks; Women's organisations; Lesbian and Gay organisations; Traveller organisations; Minority ethnic and migrant community organisations; Disability organisations.
