Terms and conditions for advertising on Activelink

Our terms and conditions are simple:

  1. We will not carry any material that promotes hate, intolerance, inequality, violence, criminality, or seeks to proselytise.
  2. All of our adverts should have some connection with the community and voluntary sector in Ireland.
  3. We cannot be held responsible for any error or omission on our part.
  4. Your advert is subject to practical limitations: file sizes, disallowed file types etc.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any advert.
  6. By submitting an advert to Activelink, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Banner adverts

We have re-developed the content management software utilised on Activelink to provide GDPR and ePrivacy compliance without any need for visitors' consent. Our banner advert software was incompatible with this goal.

We are seeking possible alternatives, but for now we are unable to accept banner advertisements.

Additional e-bulletin entries

Normal adverts are summarised in the appropriate e-bulletin for two consecutive weeks after they have been submitted - when they are submitted in time. Sometimes advertisers may want extra e-bulletin entries. Please contact us by email or call us to discuss.
