Project Coordinator Youth Diversion Project
Full-time 39 hrs p/w
Youth Work Ireland Midlands wish to recruit a qualified, experienced Youth Worker to coordinate the FUSION Youth Diversion Project, Tullamore, to deliver on the work plan agreed with and funded by the Department of Justice and the European Social Fund Plus.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years work experience in a senior position targeting young people at risk, have a 3rd level qualification in Youth Work or a similar discipline (exceptional and relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of 3rd level qualification), have a proven track record in staff support & supervision, excellent report writing skills, youth work, group work & facilitation, developing, delivering and evaluating non-formal learning and programmes using logic model formats.
Experience of interagency working and a full driving licence and use of own car is essential. Candidates must have high IT Literacy and excellent communication and organisation skills. Previous Youth Diversion Project experience is highly advantageous, and youth work experience highly desirable.
